All delegates are required to fill out the VMUNC Activity Participation Form linked below or delegates will not be able to participate in VMUNC VIII.
Delegates may electronically fill out the waiver or print it to be filled out and then scanned.
Attach your completed/signed Activity Participation Form into the Registration Form located at the top right of the screen or down below.
