How registration works
Delegates register individually through the Registration page. Advisors may use the coordination form to help Secretariat connect students from the same school and confirm logistics.

VMUNC VIII
VMUNC VIII uses individual registration, but advisors are strongly invited to bring students as a school group.
The conference will keep advisor logistics clear with day-of check-in support, parking and lunch information, advisor lounge details, preparation notes, and a direct Secretariat contact for questions.

Payment information and invoice instructions will be sent to advisors after registration is reviewed.
Advisors and chaperones should remain reachable throughout the conference and help students follow school and conference policies.
Vista del Lago Library. Advisors can check in, ask logistics questions, and use the space between committee sessions.
Use the main Vista del Lago parking lot unless directed otherwise by staff.
Lunch information will be shared with delegations before conference day.

Delegates are expected to be respectful, prepared, collaborative, and responsive to chair and staff directions.

Advisors should make sure delegates understand assigned committees, position paper expectations, pre-resolution policy, and sensitive-topic conduct.
