Position paper guidelines
Position papers should summarize the issue, the delegate's assigned country or character perspective, prior international action, and realistic proposals. Submissions should be PDF files uploaded through the delegate portal by the posted deadline.
Pre-resolution policy
Delegates may research and prepare ideas before conference, but pre-written resolutions or fully drafted operative clauses should not be brought as finished documents. Collaboration should happen during committee sessions.
Crisis sensitive topics
Crisis directives and speeches must handle violence, discrimination, real-world tragedy, and identity-based issues with care. Staff may pause, revise, or reject content that is graphic, targeted, or inappropriate for a school conference.
Delegate conduct
Delegates are expected to remain respectful, follow chair instructions, use technology responsibly, and represent their schools with professionalism throughout the conference.
